INTRODUCTION AND PROPERTIES OF THE MATERIAL 

01    With ultra-refined PTFE substrate, modified and processed by filling various metallic and inorganic non-metallic materials, the material has excellent anti-wear and self-lubricating properties, good elongation percentage, thermal conductivity, and compressive strength basing on many good formulas.

02    It can be used under working conditions with less or no oil, or with water lubrication.

03    It can be adhered to rubbers, metals, or non-metallic materials after surface activation treatment.

TYPICAL APPLICATION 

It is widely used in auto shock absorbers' piston rings, oiling machines' piston leather bowls and as gaskets or surface friction materials self-lubricating, wear resistant, abrasion resistant and oil proof.
