They’re surface-tinned with lead alloy, bronze-coated and sinterized many times, at very high temperatures. Usually, the groove for the oil hole lubrification is made in the internal surface.
The MBM products are widely used in many car engines, transmission functions, vehicle frames, joints, balance shafts, steel-sheet springs, motorcycle clutches, polishing surfaces of gear pumps, car lifting, etc.
Made with CuZn25A15 material especially suitable for oscillating and intermittent movements where oil lubrication is difficult. The metal base supports high loads while the solid graphite insert provides the lubricant needed for optimal operation at low sliding speeds and high surface temperatures.
The base metal, according to the DIN designation, is as follows: DIN 1709:81 CuZn25A15.
Boundary lubrification bushing is based on a composite material with 3 firmly bonded layers: steel as backing, sintered bronze spherical powder as interlayer and modified POM as lining layer. It fits well for low speed, heavy duty and normal temperature and saves cost and prolonge working life when replacing normal all copper sleeves. It is widely applied in auto chassis, forging achine, metallurgical and mining machine, civil engineering, power station, strip rolling industries, etc.

A kind of bushes wrapped by bronze strip. The bronze is of particular formulation with high specific gravity and on its surface may be incorporated with spherical or diamond shaped indentations or oil grooves ar required by customers. It is of high load capacity and long life. In place of traditional bronze bush, it is more cheap and more compact, it is widely applied in holsting machines and other construction machines, automobiles, tractors, trucks, machine tools and some mineralangines.
Bushings made entirely of homogeneous CuSn8 bronze with lozenges that allow the lubricant to accumulate initially and release progressively during operation.
Especially suitable for working in dirty environments where wear and grip resistance is required (e.g. earthmoving machines, agricultural machines, excavators, inverters, etc.).
