JDB graphite embedded bronze self-lubricating bearing

materials consist of high strength metal with solid lubricants embedded, the metal has high load capacity and solid lubricants provided low friction during the operation, this construction reduces maintenance cost for both bearing and machinery. Based on the above technique theory, we also have steel shell cast bronze with graphite plug bearings for economic and impact load application, steel with graphite plug bearings and dispersed solid lubrication bearings for lower friction applications. Base material including CuZn25AI5Mn4Fe3, CuSn5Pb5Zn5,CuZn25Al5Mn4Fe3, or use the material as your need.
